If you would like a different size , we ask you to order this new size at the same time as you withdraw your consent. This is the only way we can guarantee that your size is really available.

Please send us the goods in intact new condition (Tellem KG, Auf der Hude 88, 21339 Lüneburg). In accordance with our right of withdrawal, the buyer bears the costs for the return shipment. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as the goods have been checked - this may take a few days.

Consequences of the revocation
