If you’d like to exercise your right of withdrawal because you need a different size or want to return your order, you have a 14-day return window to do so.

If that’s not the case, or if a size doesn’t fit, you, as the buyer, would be responsible for the return shipping costs in accordance with our return policy.
For example, for orders of €100 or more, we cover the shipping costs for the initial delivery of your order, and we’re always happy to offer sizing advice via email or Instagram Direct Message.
Please return the merchandise to us in undamaged, like-new condition (Tellem World GmbH, Hamburger Landstraße 69, 21357 Bardowick). We’ll refund the purchase amount as soon as the merchandise has been inspected—this may take a few days.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly; < / p>
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Tellem World GmbH, Hamburger Landstraße 69, 21357 Bardowick, phone number: 0152 52156325, email address: support@tellemworld.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than the one we offer, cheapest standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you selected for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You, as the buyer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods
